17-4 PH Stainless Steel
Combines high strength, corrosion resistance, and hardness. Used in a wide variety of manufacturing applications.
H13 Tool Steel
A hot-work tool steel with excellent toughness, wear resistance, and heat resistance. Excels in high temperatures.
Inconel 625
A proprietary nickel-chromium alloy that excels in high temperatures and corrosive environments. Used in automotive and aerospace.
A2 Tool Steel
A2 can be air-hardened up to 50 HRC and is tough, vehicle. Used for punches, dies, and form tooling.
D2 Tool Steel
D2 can be air-hardened to 60 HRC and is extremely abrasion resistant. It is often used for cutting tools and dies.
Copper
Combines thermal and electrical conductivity. Print heat sinks, custom conductive elements, and other geometrically complex parts.
Wash
The Wash immerses the green part in a specialized fluid which removes the primary binding material, leaving the part semi-porous so the remaining binder can easily burn off during sintering. This debinding step purifies the final metal part and helps keep your sintering furnace clean.
Sinter
The Sinter effortlessly transforms brown (washed) parts into their almost completely dense metal form at up to 1300 ° C. Based on 30 years of Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology. Several components can be sintered at the same time! |
