X7
The turnkey industrial 3D printer for every type of functional part.
PRODUCT FEATURES
X7 INDUSTRIAL CARBON FIBER 3D PRINTER
The Markforged X7 CFR industrial 3D printer combines precision-built hardware, advanced sensors, and best-in-class software to deliver accurate parts repeatably.
The X7 prints industrial-grade manufacturing jigs, jaws, tools, fixtures, and end-use parts. Designed from the ground up to survive the production floor environment and capable of printing parts stronger than machined aluminum for a fraction of the cost, the X7 delivers unparalleled surface finish, build size, and reliability. Accelerate part production with Turbo Print, our fastest print mode — only available on the X7.

HARDWARE
With a built-in laser micrometer, the X3 3D plastic printer automatically scans the print bed with 1μm accuracy to generate a contour map of it's surface. By calibrating it's measurements with extrusion readings to perfectly set nozzle height and active topography adjustment, the X3 ensures your prints come out exactly how you want them.

FEATURES OF X7
High-Strength Printing
By reinforcing your parts with composite fibre while 3D printing them, the Mark Two achieves unparalleled strength, stiffness and durability.
Range of Materials
In addition to printing Onyx the Mark Two can print in materials such as Carbon Fibre, Fibreglass, HSHT Fibreglass and Kevlar. So this means you can create and print really strong composite parts.
MATERIALS
ONYX
ONYX is a black filament, a micro carbon reinforced nylon made by mixing short fiber carbon fiber with nylon material.
It has twice the strength of plastic (1.4 times that of ABS) and high heat resistance, and it is possible to model parts that have no problem as industrial products.
The parts modeled using ONYX have an excellent surface finish.
FIBERGLASS
Fiberglass is the most cost effective fiber material.
It is 2.5 times stronger and 8 times harder than the ONYX-only model.
Ideal for manufacturing various parts that require strength and toughness.
EIGER SOFTWARE
With a built-in laser micrometer, the X3 3D plastic printer automatically scans the print bed with 1μm accuracy to generate a contour map of it's surface. By calibrating it's measurements with extrusion readings to perfectly set nozzle height and active topography adjustment, the X3 ensures your prints come out exactly how you want them.

CONTINUOUS FILAMENT FABRICATION
Design
Create part data and upload it in STL format. Select composite materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass and Kevlar in the software "Eager".
Reinforce
CFF prints one layer at a time. The first nozzle makes a plastic matrix and the second nozzle wraps the fiber all over.
Complete
Formed with CFF technology, which is as strong and lightweight as aircraft grade aluminum, it is ready to use as machining tools, jigs, and prototypes.
